Villa Tara Gaeta

Mrs. Cecilia was especially attentive once she learned what I was going through, and the owners and Mr. Antonio welcomed us like family. By chance, I got to spend a week at Villa Tara in Itri this year, about 20 days after surgery for cancer, when my health was still precarious. Being there was a blessing. The house is just past the 25 bridges on the way up, about 10 minutes from Gaeta and 5 minutes from Formia. It had all the comforts: air conditioning, reasonably clean rooms, clean towels and sheets, and the pool was cleaned every other day. There's also a barbecue for evenings with friends and a well-kept garden. It couldn't have been better. I hope to return next year and enjoy the pool myself, since only my family could use it this time. I'm very happy about that alone. My two poodles were welcomed affectionately too. Thank you.

The owners made sure we had everything we needed and sorted out any small issues quickly. Villa was a real little paradise just steps from Gaeta, with wonderful privacy and quiet, plus every comfort. The pool was kept up and cleaned regularly. We had a lovely stay.

Such a lovely place, surrounded by greenery and peaceful. The outdoor area is really comfortable. Inside could use a bit more care and cleaning.
