B&B Arcobaleno

The room's shower was a problem: you couldn't get a comfortable temperature, just boiling hot or freezing cold. Wi-Fi was nonexistent. Keys were handed over with issues, leaving one person without electricity or unable to lock the door when there were two of you. We were asked to pay in cash, although we'd arranged by phone to pay by POS, and they requested our documents over the phone rather than on arrival. We stayed seven nights. The property is quite nice overall for a B&B, but cleaning, listed online as daily, happened every three nights, if the cleaner and owner agreed. Breakfast was very poor, honestly worse than what I'd have at home, and the owner offered no help or even a “good morning” despite being there. For the price, the service and what was offered felt poor. In my opinion, there are clearly things that need fixing.

The owner was really nice and easygoing, and made us feel at home. Our triple room was beautiful, very clean, and smelled lovely. In the morning there was a generous typical breakfast with local pasticciotto, coffee, juice, and milk. We'll definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😊

It was a lovely stay, with cleanliness, hospitality, and kindness. The place is quiet, and everything is close by, including the center and the beaches. Nothing was missing.

The building is beautiful and new, and the writing on the walls is very distinctive and ties in with the name Arcobaleno. The rooms were very clean and smelled lovely. The owners were really nice and helpful, and everything was excellent 😊
