A friend of mine was vacationing alone in Gallipoli and staying at this bed and breakfast. On her first night, someone stole her purse with the apartment keys, all her cash and her credit card. The owner shouted at this distraught 20-year-old and threw her out of the room that morning over a pair of keys that could probably have been copied for about twenty euros. Don't send your children here. Stay away from this place and these people. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are about a 10-minute drive from the center, which makes them very convenient. The owner was helpful and gave us recommendations for the best places to visit. Great value for money. I'd love to stay here again!

The owner was rude and unprofessional from the start. She made us wait half an hour to check in while she did her hair, then treated us with contempt and called us "immature" without even knowing us. Things got worse over the next few days: she threatened to evict us and our neighbors, and never asked for parental authorization to manage the apartment, which is registered to a minor. She sent a flood of unprofessional texts and audio messages about our curfew, even though we weren't making any noise. Meanwhile, her dog was very aggressive and growled whenever someone came into the apartment. On our last evening, she entered without knocking while we were getting ready, and saw us in our underwear. She accused us of insulting her, which wasn't true, and threatened to evict us for reasons that made no sense. She also pretended to call the police and accused us of throwing a party because we were playing music on our phones at a reasonable volume. A bicycle was later stolen on a street she had said was covered by security cameras. When we asked to see the footage, she insisted nobody was visible, then changed the subject when we pointed out that the bikes should have been in view, as she'd previously told us. Between her aggressive, unprofessional conduct and the lack of security and proper management, I strongly advise against booking this apartment. I hope other visitors can avoid what we went through.

My daughter's bag was stolen at a nightclub last night. It had her documents, money and the keys to this B&B in it. The owner was extremely rude and showed no concern for whether she needed anything. Instead, she kicked her out because she demanded €200 as a penalty for the missing keys. My daughter couldn't pay it because she didn't have the money. It's shameful to show so little humanity.
