The rooms didn't even have basics like cups, forks, or a kettle for heating water and making coffee. Breakfast was awful and very limited. The restaurant staff counted out every piece of cheese and each croissant, and wouldn't bring more unless we asked two or three times. Tour guests also got less variety at breakfast. I've stayed at a lot of 3-4 star hotels around Europe, and this was the worst one. It's a long way from the city center and you need a car to get there. On my second trip to Italy, I found plenty of nicer hotels in this price range. I would never recommend this place.

It works well for a business stay, with tidy, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The service was very kind, though the hotel is a bit far from the centre.

This stay was very unpleasant, especially compared with my previous visit, when the hotel was better. I booked a double room but got a twin with two small beds, even though the hotel was half empty. The room was small enough that I couldn't move freely without bumping into things. The walls were dirty and needed painting, and the room smelled as if it hadn't been aired out in a long time. It didn't feel like a four-star room at all.

We've stayed here two years in a row on the way to the beach, and it's a fantastic little hotel near the mall. You might take your chances with some of the mall shops, but not with this place. The staff are so nice and friendly, and breakfast is good and well stocked, with gluten-free options. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great WiFi and a refrigerator. The bathrooms are nice, and the water pressure is amazing. No weak, dribbly showers here. It's the kind of pressure every hotel should have.
