Jb Relais - Campo De' Fiori

Nicola was great and pointed us to some really nice places to eat. The hotel is very central, and our room was large, clean, and even better than it looked online. They also left face towels, slippers, and some snacks. A wonderful little hotel. We loved staying there.

The room was a good size, comfortable, in excellent condition, with a high ceiling and nicely chosen furniture. You can open the windows fully for fresh air, and the bathroom was nice too. We were treated kindly and got clear check-in instructions. There were fresh croissants in the morning, plenty of nearby places for food and coffee, and we could leave our bags after check-out while we explored. We'd book it again. We stayed in March 2025. The rooms are in a historic area, well placed for visiting major sights, and about 8-10 minutes from the tram that connects to the train line from FCO to Termini. The room is high above street level, with stairs at the entrance and a lift for the rest of the way. Even up there, the street stays busy late into the night.

The staff were helpful the whole way through, from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Cristina, you're amazing! The location is fantastic and the room was spacious. Breakfast was simple, but a nice extra included in the rate. It could be noisy even with the window shut, though it settled down after midnight. One thing to keep in mind: the elevator is tiny, fitting one person with luggage or two people without it. The stairs may be a concern in an emergency.

Nicola was friendly and easy to deal with, and there were fresh pastries and cookies each morning. Very clean, nice rooms in a great little hotel, centrally located and a wonderful value.
