Hotel Terminal

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The price is very high for what you get, and there are extra charges too. The hotel is old and poorly kept, the pillows are uncomfortable, and the room quality is low. I also saw cockroaches and insects, which is completely unacceptable.

It's central and cheaper than most nearby hotels, so if you're doing Rome on a budget, it works for a night. But it's pretty shitty. The bedding should all be replaced with simple white cotton that can be industrially washed with bleach, and the lack of a deadbolt seems crazy to me, even if I guess it's fine. The area feels weird once the lights go down, so skip this if you're looking for a luxury stay. The hotel seems like someone's way of parking money in an “investment.”

The place is close to the train and public transport, and the staff were nice. But we got bitten multiple times by bed bugs at night and had to leave early and contact our agency. The sheets, pillows, and towels were very dirty and stained. The cleaning lady did her job, but management failed the place. I still don't understand why we had to leave our key at the front desk every time we went out. I really don't recommend staying here unless you're desperate.

Please don't book here. We found bed bugs within 3 hours, and there was mold above the shower. Reception was unfriendly and unhelpful when we tried to get a refund.
