The decor in the room feels dated, but it was very, very clean, cleaner than some four-star hotels I've stayed in. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. Take the back exit and you're just two minutes from the lake and high street. Parking is limited because of that. A very good place to stay.

The rooms feel typically Italian and a bit dated, but they're clean, tidy, and have everything you need. The staff were amazingly friendly, and breakfast service was excellent. Can't fault it for a hotel near the lake.

Luigi and his family made us feel so welcome at their cosy hotel. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, even if the interior looks a little dated, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a very good stay and would come back to Garda.

We'd planned a week but left after three nights and changed hotels. The place was tidy and breakfast was okay, but the upkeep seemed completely neglected. Things were gradually falling apart, and the rooftop terrace wasn't maintained. The whole hotel felt like it had given up. The walls were the biggest problem for us. They were paper thin. At night the neighbour banged on the wall because of the snoring, and we could hear every detail when he was intimate.

Clean and pleasant. The parking lot is 100 metres from the apartments, and the lift doesn't operate in rainy weather for safety reasons.
