Booked through booking.com, but they were no help at all, so don't use them either. The web descriptions don't match the place. The area was dirty and messy, with garbage everywhere, and the buildings were in poor condition. Weeds covered the pool area and the water was full of leaves. You only get a lake view if you sit on the roof :-(. The staff acted just as they do in their replies to bad reviews, looking for and clearly ready for conflict. I can confirm the many bad reviews here. UPDATE/Reply: All the pictures are from the property. The pool at the new hotel was 100% clean, and I can see you're still looking for a conflict.

They charged my credit card even though I'd cancelled the booking almost a month earlier. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They haven't replied to my emails either. Weak service, with no customer focus at all.

We left early after finding somewhere else on the day we arrived. The three-bedroom apartment looked nothing like its photos, and it was filthy, with extensive mold in two rooms. We were so uneasy that we didn’t dare touch anything, and some of us would rather have slept in the car. In October there were no proper duvets, just thin sheets. The owners showed no interest in the problems and simply said we wouldn’t get a refund. I strongly advise against staying here.

The pool and grounds were well kept, and the location was handy, about 300 meters from the town center, though the walk back is uphill. There’s internet throughout, even by the pool, and our children rarely complained about it. We enjoyed our two weeks and liked cooling off in the pool, despite several issues. The rooms are spacious but dated and sparsely equipped. They were fine for breakfast and sleeping. The apartment has a TV and central air conditioning, though the unit needs maintenance. It cooled the rooms reasonably well, but the filters smelled overdue for replacement. The outdoor unit’s condensation leak made an audible noise inside at night. The bathtub was a plus, but its tap leaked and sprayed a little water onto the wall when filling it. The sink stopper had come loose and we couldn’t remove it. We reported the problems on WhatsApp and heard nothing for several days. When we spoke to the owner in person, she seemed uninterested. She said she knew birds were nesting in the outdoor unit and that someone would clean it. Someone eventually came by, but we were out on a day trip. We were also told we didn’t know how a sink plug worked, and that the other issues were either wrong or would be dealt with later. Noise carries between apartments, so we could clearly hear neighbors moving chairs and other things. It was good to see the owner message a noisy group about the complex rules after they were loud in the apartments and by the pool. The apartment could work for a few days or a longer holiday.
