We were shown so much care when we arrived, and the staff even helped us look for another garage after our car got a flat tire before we could reach the hotel. We'd booked nearly a week and planned to travel by car, so the trouble was stressful, but they did their best to help. It's a lovely hotel with great facilities, views, and amazing staff. Thank you!

Our room faced the lake, and it was very quiet. We spent a short five-day break here. The hotel sits nicely up on the hill.

The magnificent views couldn't make up for a bedbug problem on the sofa bed. I reported it to reception, and they said they would look into it. The accommodation also felt dated and tired, and wasn't very clean. I hate leaving a bad review, but it wasn't worth the money.

The lake view from the apartment's lovely balcony was enchanting, even though we only had a partial view, and we slept peacefully at night. Wi-Fi was free and worked well. The friendly staff were another plus. The residence sits in a privileged spot in Gardone Riviera, reached by taking the road to Vittoriale d'Italia. It's a nice, fairly large complex set among greenery, with the Gardone hills behind it and flower-edged avenues and leafy plants that make the grounds feel quiet and relaxing. We did have several things we felt a four-star place should improve. Cleanliness in the apartments is fundamental to us, and could be better. There were no bathrobes or slippers, which we'd usually expect in a place like this. The free parking is outside the grounds; covered parking is paid. From the covered lot, we had to take elevators and follow several routes, mostly outdoors, to reach our assigned apartment. The apartment was dim, with yellow wall lights that didn't illuminate the spaces well enough for us. There was only one TV, a very small one in the kitchen. A functional towel warmer heated the bathroom, while two air conditioners heated the other rooms, which we don't personally prefer. The kitchen had a stove, dishes, cutlery and tablecloths, plus a fridge that we filled with food for dinner and breakfast. A cot is available for an extra fee. Breakfast is also extra and à la carte, though the choices we saw were three kinds of thawed croissants, some doughnuts, yogurt and puffed cereal. The coffee and cappuccino were good. I didn't see eggs, bacon or other savory dishes. It rained almost the whole time, so we didn't use or even see the pool, and can't comment on it.
