The location, set among rolling hills with easy access to nature, is a big part of what makes Cascina Domina special. I spent five days here for a workshop in August 2022, and still think of it as authentic and serene. I travel for work and see 30-50 hotels a year, but this family-run place felt different. Elisabetta and her team were so friendly and made me feel completely welcome. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the authentic Italian food was out of this world. I hope I can return someday.

Those grounds have incredible views, and the figs were delicious. We had a lovely short stay at Cascina Domina, with accommodation that suited us perfectly. Dinner at the restaurant was divine, farm-to-table food, and the service was really friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone after an excellent Italian experience.

We came looking for somewhere to have lunch and ended up at the cascina on a hill near the highway to Milan. It was a real surprise, attractive outside and beautiful inside. A very kind lady welcomed us and showed us to our table. We ordered two menu degustazione at 36 euro each, and they were generous and delicious: five cold starters, five hot starters, two first courses, risotto alla zucca and ravioli burro e salvia, then arrivato with potatoes, a delicious dessert, and American coffee. It was all so tasty. I hope we can come back.
