Hotel Atlantic

Fine.

The staff were all so kind and helpful, from reception to the restaurant. Christian took great care of us at meals, always professional and kind. Sara was lovely, friendly, and warm, and thanks to Sandra, her husband, and her daughter Michela for the care, skill, and passion they put into everything. The Atlantic Hotel is a charming family-run place, exactly what I was looking for. We had a lovely time, with everything close by near the center of Gatteo. The rooms are nice, and the pool is great for kids, with a fun slide. The food was good and there was everything we needed. It was a lovely holiday, and we'll be back. 😊

The small balcony was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet had good variety for different tastes. This family-run hotel has that familiar Romagna warmth. The staff and managers made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room and bathroom were both rather cramped, and the furnishings looked dated and could use an update. Communication among staff also needs work: the cleaner came into our room twice, once while I was in the bathroom and again while we were getting changed. Better coordination with reception would help make sure check-out is handled properly. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

The outdoor space was lovely, with lots of tables and games for the kids. We stayed with family and all had a great time. The dining room was bright, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the breakfasts and buffets were generous, with something for every taste. The owners and staff were warm and very kind.
