The apartment is right in central Cervia on Via Roma, close to shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, the beach, and the train station. The beach and station are only about five or six minutes away, yet it’s still quiet. The price-quality balance is decent, and accessible options for people with mobility disabilities may be available if there’s one free. The apartment has some natural wear, but what really keeps it from being relaxing is the open shower. Its drain is clearly inadequate, and using it leaves the bathroom nearly ankle-deep in water. That flaw spoils a property with potential.

The apartment is small but nice, and the location is great. But it’s a shame there’s no shower stall or curtain, because the bathroom ends up flooded every time.

The interior cleaning needs to be better.
