The room was old and badly cleaned, and the photos don't match reality. I also doubt the reviews, which seem to come from family and friends. Manager Marco was incredibly rude and made me pay for breakfast for my three-year-old, even though my child never went into the breakfast room. With the poor service, broken equipment, and extreme dirt, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families. I documented everything I said.

The kids love the entertainment, and the weekly shows for adults and children are fun too. That gives us grown-ups a real chance to relax. We're a family of four, with children aged 8 and 5, and this is our third year at Park Hotel Morigi. We hope to keep coming back for many summers. It's family-run, which feels rare now, and everyone gets personal attention and genuine warmth. The buffet has lots of choice and is especially good quality. Rooms and common areas are impeccably clean, and we love the pool and beach. We haven't tried the spa yet, but that's on our list for a future visit. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

A big thank you to Alena for helping me throughout the stay. I don't speak Italian, but I was understood every time. The room was clean and tidied daily, with fresh towels and linens. At the restaurant entrance, a lovely woman explained things, and any special food requests were taken seriously and prepared for me. You can tell from the first day that the whole family works here, and that gives the place a warm, welcoming feel. The food was excellent, and all the staff helped make it a wonderful holiday. The location was excellent, and our package included a place on the beach. We spent five nights in the Junior Suite as three adults with a small child. The staff were lovely, and the restaurant service was good quality. The pool was great for adults and children, with a separate one for anyone wanting to avoid the little kids' bustle.

We have already found our place for this holiday and all the ones after it. The people running this hotel deserve compliment after compliment. The food was good, and breakfast was TOP. Alessia and Ginevra were brilliant with the kids, always smiling, saying hello, having a kind word or stopping for a chat. It's sad that in a few hours we'll have to leave. Federico, our four-year-old, sends a special greeting to FEDERICA and EMMA (his girlfriend), and to Stefano, go Juve!!! We don't have favourites among the rest of you because every one of you is better than the last. Thank you for everything! Patrizia, Massimiliano, and Federico
