This is a great base for exploring the upper Garda area and the Brescia Valleys. The owner is friendly, knows the area well, and offered useful tips for nearby excursions. The apartment is renovated with care and taste, with large comfortable rooms, a clean and well-kept bathroom, a functional kitchen, and a very nice terrace. It also has private parking and a quiet location off the beaten path.

The birthday surprise was such a lovely treat, especially since we hadn't expected it. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location worked perfectly for us. With parking right at the property, we could easily make trips to Milan, Verona, and Limone, and visit different beaches nearby. We had a wonderful stay, felt very comfortable, and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
