A quiet walk along the paths in the early evening was one of my favorite parts of our stay at Relais Sant’Uffizio. It sits among vineyards and manicured gardens, and the outdoor pool and bar made a lovely place to unwind. The restaurants, bars and extensive wine list were another highlight. The hotel is a beautifully restored 16th-century monastery, with historic character and modern comforts. Aquanatura Spa was immaculate and deeply relaxing, with a hydrotherapy pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms and an ice cascade. We also enjoyed the calming design and herbal tea lounge. My partner and I left feeling refreshed after a peaceful, restorative escape in the heart of Piedmont. We can't wait to return.

The mattresses were a real letdown. They were among the hardest we've ever tried to sleep on, and neither of us got a restful night's sleep. If you like very firm beds, though, this may suit you. We also never figured out the sauna booking rule: we were told a reservation was needed, yet we were never alone there and people came and went from the pool constantly, almost like a coffee shop. The spa itself is generously equipped and surprisingly spacious by Italian standards, and we spent plenty of time there. The Relais is a beautifully kept retreat in a gorgeous part of Piedmont. Service was consistently friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. The gardens, views and rooms were fantastic, everything was super clean, and the service was amazing. This place feels magical, and we warmly recommend it!

We loved our time here, especially the incredible views and the deluxe wedding experience. It's tucked away from the usual routes. Maps with addresses for nearby restaurants, cafes and bars would be helpful, preferably in English and with Google Maps locations.
