The room was spacious, and the staff gave me lots of suggestions. They also helped arrange an early morning taxi. Still, this wasn't a great stay. The room looked more worn than in the pictures, the bed frame and paint were dirty, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower and sink drained very slowly, as if clogged. Wi-Fi was very poor, even though my room was beside reception. The location has pros and cons. It's close to the main attractions, but cars can't reach the area, so you have to walk about 10 minutes to get a taxi. That was difficult with all my luggage and an early flight. At 3 a.m. I had to walk to meet the driver because the streets were closed to cars. The building's main entrance key was also a major problem. The first time, I spent 15 minutes trying it until someone who lives across the street helped me. Later, I couldn't open the door from inside at night, so I stayed in because I wasn't sure I'd get back in. Reception is only open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., leaving you to work things out or wait for help after hours. I avoided going out outside those hours until our last night, when my wife figured out how the door worked.
