The care and passion the owners put into the B&B made us feel at home, and the place was kept beautifully clean. Breakfast was excellent, with quality products and delicious cakes made by Signora Maria. Mr. Nicola was very friendly, and his jokes and stories sent us off each morning smiling. The B&B is centrally located, with convenient on-site parking. We spent four days here, enjoying Gavi wines and shopping at the Serravalle Scrivia outlet. The owners' dedication to hospitality could teach many starred hotels a thing or two. Thanks so much, and see you soon.

The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the children enjoyed playing in the courtyard while we had breakfast outside on the terrace. The property is right in the town center and has free private parking. Compliments to Mr. Nicola and his wife Maria. P.S. The tart was delicious.

After a lovely day shopping in Seravalle, we were welcomed so warmly. The hosts looked after us wonderfully at breakfast, and our room for four was spacious, as was the bathroom. We'll definitely come back! 😄👍

The owners' warmth and kindness really stayed with us. They welcomed us like friends instead of customers. The location is charming, the rooms are clean and well kept, and the furnishings show good taste. Breakfast was good too, especially the lady's homemade desserts...
