I've been staying here for years, usually once a year when I come to Gela, and it's always clean and comfortable. The hosts are consistently kind and caring, and there's never been a problem. It's just steps from the Main Street and the beach, and the location is convenient. WiFi works really well, including when I've worked from here. Every room has air conditioning, which is great for us Americans. And if you don't speak Italian, no problem, Ilena speaks English. Ciao from the USA.

I stayed for two nights, then came back for another two the following week. It felt like home, thanks to the kind, helpful welcome and the hosts' empathy. The central, strategic location makes it a good base for work or a holiday. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the stay. The rooms were clean, the furnishings welcoming, simple and thoughtfully put together, and everything worked as it should. There's air conditioning, a shower, Wi-Fi and TV, plus free water, coffee and tea. Breakfast isn't provided. I think that may be a deliberate choice, since tourists might prefer one of the lovely bars on the seafront or nearby, and breakfast is personal. The owners were clear, kind and helpful.

Casa Bella made a good base, and the city has great restaurants at very affordable prices. If you want a quiet, uncrowded beach, this is a nice choice. My room had a balcony with a plant, and my host, Llenia, was really friendly. When she learned I was taking a bus to Catania Airport, she drove me to the bus station. I even got a lovely ocean view before leaving town.

Everything you need to feel at home, and then some comforts too. There's Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine with pods, and a fully equipped kitchen you can use for free. It's a welcoming, charming, comfortable place, lovingly managed. Thank you, Giuseppe and Anna.
