The staff were nice, but I wouldn't choose this room for a stay with kids. There are no blackout curtains, so morning light and traffic noise will wake you. It also has no air conditioning, which made the very hot summer weather unbearable.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious. The place was quiet, clean, and tidy, with a nice host. It's also close to the city center. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean, and we found two bottles of water waiting for us, a thoughtful touch. The owners were extremely friendly, and the place felt welcoming and peaceful. This three-story villa has a garden right in central Genoa, close to the main attractions. Parking is available a few hundred meters away. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the attic for a weekend with two adults and two children. It was spacious, clean, and felt almost like an apartment, so we were very comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful, and breakfast was good. The property is clean and comfortable, just a short walk from the city center. I'd consider staying here again if I return to Genoa, for the location, friendliness, and cleanliness.

The landlord was very nice, attentive, and helpful, and I got a good tip for dinner. Dogs were no problem, and breakfast was really generous by Italian standards. It's a little oasis in the city, though the garden could use a bit more care. Be prepared to do a lot of walking.
