We felt like Alice in Wonderland here. The service was top notch, and the staff were excellent and friendly. Everything was spotless, neat, and tastefully designed, with a stylish look that felt like it had been done with care. The little extras made us very happy: tea to choose from, a coffee machine, shampoo and shower gel, a toothbrush, aromatic herbs, and a really great hair dryer. There’s a lovely atmosphere, and the view of the red trolley adds to the authentic feel. The location is wonderful and convenient, just five minutes from Ferrari Square. Breakfast in bed each morning was delicious and varied. It was our first visit to Genoa, but thanks in large part to this apartment, I’m sure we’ll be back. If I return to Genoa, this is where I’ll stay.

The welcome was warm and polite, and the owner gave us great directions. Our room was clean, cozy, and had the essentials we needed. It’s also conveniently close to the city center, the train station, and Politeama Theater.

The manager was so kind, discreet, and helpful, and the price was lower than average. The B&B is handy for exploring Genoa, with a simple, clean, practical room. There’s no parking, and getting up to it means a steep climb and a few steps, which made things awkward with our little one and a stroller. As a couple, my wife and I probably would’ve rated it five stars. I’d recommend it to couples, though it’s less suited to families with small children.

I’ve been staying here for a long time and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Enrico and Chiara make you feel like one of the family, always ready with a hand or a tip about the city. Finding people like them is a real blessing. The place is a distinctive Genoese crêuza, with an old-fashioned feel, and it’s kept especially clean and tidy. Little touches like disposable toothbrushes and slippers were a lovely surprise, and show how much care the owners put into hosting. Five stars, absolutely. Enrico and Chiara, thanks for your hospitality.
