The balcony was my favorite part, looking out over the port and making a lovely spot to sit in the evening with an espresso or a bottle of wine. I stayed three nights and loved both the room and the service. My host was helpful and attentive, and the clean, well-equipped room had everything I needed, including space for all my things. I'd book here again without hesitation.

The location couldn't be better, right in the center. The rooms were the opposite of the building's lifts: renovated and very clean. The lifts need maintenance.

The hosts were great and helped us check in in the evening after work. At checkout they also let us leave our luggage until that evening. Communication was fine, and we could speak Spanish too. Our room was nice and clean, on one of the highest floors right by the harbour, with a beautiful view. The downside was the area around the building. There were a lot of murky people about, and we felt scared walking there together as a couple, so I wouldn't call it a good place to walk alone.

The port of Genoa looked breathtaking from the room. It was very clean, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely come back.

A very bad experience, and if there were a rating below one star, I'd choose it. I stayed two nights and extended for a third, but my card had a payment issue. Early in the morning they woke me and told me to leave because another guest was coming, even though I could have paid in cash. The staff weren't courteous or friendly with customers, and seemed to care only about money. They didn't know how to handle guests, and I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
