Getting around was easy from here, with Dinegro Stazione metro and bus stops close by, plus a huge supermarket nearby. The staff were kind and keen to help. The room itself was disappointing: there were cobwebs in the corners and a cockroach on the wall one night. Its windows faced an interior courtyard with emergency stairs, so hardly any light came in. We also had to discover for ourselves that reception was at Holiday Inn a few meters away. After checking in there and picking up the room card, we had to walk back to CHC with all our things. The parking situation was another hassle. There’s no direct entry from the parking lot, so you have to go outside and walk around the building, and parking costs 16€/night, which wasn't mentioned before booking. Whether a space is available is only explained in messages after you book.

We had everything we needed and found the accommodation really comfortable, even though our stay was just one night. The staff were especially lovely and made sure we felt cared for. Parking was convenient and well organized, though it costs an extra €25. A good choice even for a short visit.

The main drawback is how far out of town it is, away from the center, though the hotel does have parking. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and a good standard, and reception service was excellent. Everything else was excellent too.

The only real snag was finding the entrance. We had to call reception to get directions, since the important detail was missing. Check-in and the other procedures take place at the Holiday Inn a little farther down the road, as this hotel is part of it. After that, everything was good: clean, well-kept rooms, polite and helpful staff, and convenient parking for €16 per day. The 1+1 setup with a small kitchen and kitchenware was nice, and the metro makes it easy to get to the center.
