Andrea deserves a special mention. She was so kind at breakfast and went out of her way to help me this morning. Breakfast was good, and the evening restaurant was nice too, though the bright hospital-style lighting needs attention. It's an interesting hotel by the docks, and I felt very safe with the large Army group staying there, who were well behaved. The room was lovely, but I wasn't impressed by the mobile cell tower right above my balcony. Parking access was tricky, as others have mentioned. The lot is a drive away around the back, and arriving in daylight is a good idea because finding it and getting in could be very difficult after dark. I also struggled to sleep through the all-night sirens, even with double glazing. Those issues with parking, noise and the tower cost it two stars.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: real eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, fresh coffee, juices and more. Staff were friendly and helpful, even lending us an adapter. The hotel is handy for the cruise port, with ship views, and the marked crossing makes the walk across the busy street quick and easy. There's also a mini mart almost next door for snacks. We'd stay again and recommend it.

At around 100€ with breakfast, this is an affordable choice for a cruise stay. The hotel is 500 m from the port, and there's a coop and other stores across the street. Rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. Get a room facing the port for a nice view. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of options.

The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions around Genoa. Getting to the hotel downtown by car or on foot is convenient. It's about a 20 to 25 minute walk to the central core, or a five-minute drive. Our room was exceptionally clean and large, with a tub, a bidet, double sinks, a couch and a table, so there was lots of space to spread out. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful hotel and a great price for a deluxe stay. The rooms are lovely, the service is phenomenal, and they make you feel like royalty. A big shout out to Alice, a kind, hard-working employee who made my fiancé's and my experience even better. Thanks, Alice!
