It’s a small apartment, but furnished well. The building sits on a hill, and while you might get lucky and park right out front, walking back up from leaving the car can be risky. I got hurt doing that. Nighttime noise was awful, and with construction going on too, it wasn’t somewhere I could relax.

Getting into the city is easy, with buses 34 and 36 taking about 10 minutes to reach the center. The parking pass is handy, but make sure you’re in the right zone. I parked outside it, sent the team a photo of the area last Saturday, and they explained it over WhatsApp. The apartment is beautiful, in a superb building, and there’s a really useful information booklet. Check-in is self-service, and the team is available on WhatsApp around the clock if questions or problems come up. Truly excellent service! 👍

Getting around was easy, with a bus from the train station stopping right at the apartment. The location is ideal and well served by public transport. Inside, the house felt welcoming, with furnishings that were tasteful and practical. The owners were kind and very helpful. A really positive stay!

The owners were so kind and helpful. The apartment itself is cute, modern, and tastefully furnished. A pass for free parking in the blue lines is included in the price, which was very useful and convenient!

The location is fantastic for visiting all the main points of interest, and having a blue-zone parking pass is essential in Genoa. It’s a super cute little apartment with everything you need, plus fantastic Genoese hospitality. Highly recommended!
