Hotel Actor

Fabio was very friendly and helped us with everything, even arranging a taxi for the morning we left for the airport. The hotel is beautiful, with big, comfortable rooms, and everything was very good. It’s close to the center but in a quiet area. Congrats, Fabio 😊🤲🤲🤲

The rooms were big, airy, and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Mr.Fabio is so nice to guests. This is my regular place when I come to Genoa. There’s a good breakfast too, and parking is easy in a calm, quiet setting!

We booked and paid full price for another hotel, but decided not to stay there because the location felt dangerous and there were other unpleasant things about it. Actor Hotel was in a great spot for us, close to everything in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. This small hotel is friendly and comfortable, with the feeling that you’re part of a family. It’s a great budget option for us, though it isn’t the place for anyone wanting luxury. Fabio is an incredibly pleasant owner, and the woman helping him run the hotel has a very warm, welcoming smile. Fabio made a huge difference to our stay in Genoa, and we’re very grateful for his help when our situation could have turned awful. Thank you for making it feel like a home away from home!

Fabio was an extremely friendly and helpful host, and we’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the city center. There’s convenient parking next door. Our room was spacious and quiet, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. We wish Fabio all the best!
