Hotel Chopin

Travelling alone, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and had everything provided, and the location was perfect for getting around Genoa, with the SNCF train and bus stations about five minutes away. The staff were very welcoming. A special thank you to Taleh, who was professional and kind, listened, made recommendations, and checked that I was comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, clean towels, a hairdryer and a TV. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and it's near both the train and bus stations. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and a reasonable size, and the location was convenient for trains and visiting the old city. Parking was relatively easy, or there was closed parking available at normal prices. The staff were friendly and communicated well, helping with information and any problems. Breakfast didn't have a huge range, but the food was good quality and the coffee was great.

The room was practical and had everything I needed. My one small suggestion is to have a kettle in the room, though maybe I should have asked, since I wanted to make a hot drink at night without going out. The location was ideal for travelling by train, just steps from Piazza Principe Station, which helped with my heavy rucksacks. The staff were a great team and tried to help with advice, directions, recommendations, and anything else. I'd book directly with the hotel next time for car parking and similar arrangements. For those reasons, I'd definitely recommend it.
