The second bedroom was unbearably hot, with no AC or fan. They promised after several follow-ups to clean the bed and bring a fan, but nobody came or even replied. Their service was awful, and the staff came across as unpleasant, unprofessional, and dishonest. The so-called “Beautiful Flat” was a disgusting dump. The beds had vile stains that made it impossible to sleep without gagging, as the pictures show. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The crockery was filthy, chipped, and broken, like it hadn’t been washed properly. Save your money and sanity, and avoid this apartment.
