Our tour group stayed there in late September 2019, after buying the package from “Joinup” in Kyiv Ukraine. The hotel’s air conditioning wasn’t working, even though the average temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. WiFi worked only in the lobby, not in our room. Breakfast and supper were included, but supper was terrible, with very few fruits or vegetables, and guests had to buy water because none was served with the meal. The head waiter was extremely rude. One older person in our group took a bottle of water to take her medication, and he physically grabbed it from her hands. The front desk staff were friendly, but seemed to have no say in what was happening. I can’t believe this hotel is rated 4 stars. The rating is wrong.

This is a one-star hotel. The staff were helpful and the food was good, but the rooms had no working air conditioning and no safe. There was no hot water in the shower in the evening, nowhere in the lobby to relax, and international calls couldn’t be received in the rooms.

I can't make much sense of this review. It repeats fragments about going back, the store, and eating together, but doesn't clearly say what happened or what the reviewer thought.
