We arrived around 9 a.m. after a long journey, even though check-in was officially at 14:00. The hotel was fully booked, but Tonino arranged for us to get into a room at 11:00. It was freshly cleaned, had a roomy balcony and a lovely view, and we felt relaxed straight away. His kindness and care made a real difference. We stayed two nights at Hellenia Yachting Hotel & SPA, and the experience was wonderful from the start. The rooms felt clean and authentic, breakfast was generous and delicious, and the atmosphere and location were lovely. A great place to stay while visiting Sicily. Many thanks to Tonino, and highly recommended.

The spa and fitness centre were closed, and I wish I'd known that beforehand. Staff seemed flustered most of the time, so the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic rather than peaceful. The hotel is pretty and has great rooms, and it works well as a base for sightseeing. It also gets a lot of tour and cruise stops, so it may not suit you if you're after a quiet place to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The service stood out: the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and made sure guests were looked after. The hotel has a calm, refined feel, with elegant, clean, comfortable rooms, many with balconies facing the coastal scenery. Right on the waterfront, it has beautiful sea views and direct beach access. Hellenia Yachting Hotel Giardini Naxos makes for a memorable, luxurious seaside stay.

The pool area was really beautiful, and the hotel has stylish interiors with a lovely old-fashioned architectural look. The location and the view are both awesome. A special thank you to Tonino at the reception desk for helping us find the best room 🥰🥰🥰

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved having a private beach for hotel guests. Our room was neat and very clean. We'd definitely come back.
