I had such an amazing stay from beginning to end. The view from my window was breathtaking, a lovely mix of the city and natural scenery, and I could have sat there for hours. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud and décor with nice attention to detail. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with lots of options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is close to the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful enough to unwind, which made exploring easy. The staff welcomed me warmly when I arrived and kept being friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. I’ll keep it short: this hotel is hell! The rooms are cheap, and the chairs were the only thing I liked. The chefs are nice, but the rest of the staff were horrible, especially the young woman at reception. She called me names and wasn’t helpful. Please fire her. The location is okay, but not good enough.

From the terrace we could see both the beach and vulcan Etna, which was a beautiful treat. The hotel is right on the beach, where there’s always a quiet spot without crowds, and the water is warm. The staff were extremely friendly, our rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, and the portions were generous. The food was very tasty. All praise for the hotel.

The lift is tiny, and the walls in the rooms have cheap white paint, so they feel like cardboard. The young woman at reception isn’t nice.

We spent eight days here. The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and the hotel is right by the sea. Special thanks to the chef, who introduced us to delicious dishes. The desserts were simply magnificent.
