Having two balconies was a real plus, and the rooms were spacious. The sea is very close, and you can walk to everything, including a supermarket and pizzeria. The furniture has a vintage look, but the place is fully equipped. New mattresses were comfortable and we slept well. Both rooms had air conditioning and it worked great; the free wifi did too. The bus stop is only a few minutes away. We used it to visit beautiful Taormina, Castelmola, and Isola Bella beach, and took the same stop to get back to Catania airport. Highly recommended. The pool was spotless and lovely, the water really warm, and the lifeguard was so kind with our kids. We were four adults and two children, and there was plenty of room in the well air-conditioned apartment. The terrace was lovely for dinner, and the beach was practically right beside the house. The owners were very helpful and even waited for us when we arrived late in the evening. We had a wonderful five-day stay at the end of July. The only regret is that we didn't stay a few more nights. We'd happily come back. Highly recommended! Richard

I wouldn't stay in this apartment again. The rooms are poorly maintained, and although there's a pool on site, this apartment doesn't have one. The owner is fortunate that booking requires payment in advance.
