The week went by too quickly, but we’ll happily come back. Everything felt comfortable and peaceful, and the place is beautiful down to the details. Sonia clearly has a knack for decorating. Such a lovely, relaxing place.

Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent local products and the chance to try and buy their own very good wine. Sonia and Bartolo make the stay feel like visiting friends, and they put real care into looking after guests. The setting is beautiful and kept in great shape, a peaceful spot that works well for couples who want both relaxation and good company.

Sonia and Bartolo made the whole trip memorable from the moment we arrived. They were warm and affectionate, kept us company, suggested places we shouldn’t miss, and took care of us throughout. Sonia and Essi, who helps her, put out generous breakfasts with plenty of tasty local specialties. We also got to Nerino and Otto, so please give them our regards. The masseria itself is even more impressive than the photos. It’s a peaceful, carefully kept place among the olive trees, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a fridge, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, and very comfortable beds with two pillows each. The location made it easy to reach the main roads, while keeping us within a short drive of some of Salento’s loveliest beaches and bays, as well as the rest of Puglia. If you get the chance, their well-known barbecue with guests is a must. There were local ingredients, their own excellent wines, vegetables from nearby, and delicious meat cooked by Rocco, their trusted all-rounder. We’ll never forget this experience. Federico and Chiara
