The location is excellent, with cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and most things no more than 50 minutes away on foot. It also lets you avoid the worst crowds. But cleanliness was a problem. The place was visibly dusty.

A human life is worth €294, and they still use this issue to defend the policy they follow.

They violated my privacy! I booked a room and contacted them to ask about it, but they were rude and unhelpful. When I said I had every right to leave a bad rating or review, they tracked me down through social media, found my father, and called him. They threatened to sue him unless I removed my review, saying I had “threatened” them. What kind of hotel tracks down guests and calls their parents?

The main sights are within walking distance, and the location is good. The room was dusty, fell short of basic hotel standards, and can get very noisy at night.

The service was extremely rude. The manager gave me an anxiety attack. They told us to arrive at 19:00 even though our plane was landing at 20:00, and showed no compassion. Don’t book here.
