N-Space Modern Guest Rooms

The location is hard to beat, and my spacious maxi room overlooked the inner courtyard, so it stayed quiet. The room was clean too. It's an older building with just a few suites, and that comes with some drawbacks. There are stairs up to the second floor, which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Staff are only there for limited hours, though they answered my emails promptly. If you're in Rome to explore and mainly need a place to sleep and shower, it works very well.

A few cookies and teas are available for breakfast, and the staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and very nice. It's a small hotel right in the heart of Rome, with all the main sights no more than a 30-minute walk away. Restaurants right outside can make some rooms noisy. We'd stay here again.

The location suited us really well. It felt a little removed from the busiest main streets, but we could still walk to almost all the major sights within 30 minutes. The Pantheon was about 10 minutes away, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. The A/C worked incredibly well in the heat. n-space is a small, quaint place with six rooms and a shared common area. The room looked modern and was decently clean, although the rug had visible stains. One thing to know is that there's no staffed front desk. We picked up our key from a counter anyone entering could see. We only saw the very nice cleaner and someone putting out breakfast one day. For anything else, you have to contact them on WhatsApp, and replies can be slow. Even with that, we enjoyed a pleasant stay in a generally clean, quiet, safe place.

The staff were welcoming and easy to approach, and the rooms were incredible. It's close to attractions but tucked away enough to be quiet. My only gripe is that metro and bus lines are a bit out of the way, though that's more of a Rome issue than the hotel's fault.
