Hotel Barbarella

Francesca made a real difference to our stay and went out of her way to help us. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning, and the pool was lovely. The staff were all very nice. Bring some cash before you arrive, as that’s the easiest way to pay for things.

Getting into the city was difficult without help from the staff, or you’d have to cross a dangerous highway. The showers were a bit small too. Still, the pool was soothing, and the air conditioning made the rooms bearable in the hot sun. The staff’s service, especially Francesca going above and beyond for us, made the experience amazing. All in all, a great stay.

The room was small but very clean, and after full days sightseeing and visiting relatives, it was nice to come back here. My wife and I stayed for two weeks, and we mostly just showered and slept at the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful whenever we needed something, and they spoke English. We were on the third floor and had to use the stairs every time, but that wasn’t much of a problem for us. We’d book here again next time we’re in Italy. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and there are a few restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is noisy, though the hotel is 100 m from the heavy traffic. It’s far from both the airport and Naples and the coast. Coming by car would be fine, but we flew in and took the train, so it wasn’t the best choice for us. Transfers cost 45 euro to the airport and 45 for the city.
