Fabio, the owner, was the real added value of our stay at Beach and Relaxation. He was polite, attentive, helpful, and never intrusive, always available with advice to make our holiday special. He also took great care with the apartment’s cleanliness and guest hospitality. The ground-floor apartment was peaceful and very comfortable for our family. There are two TVs, air conditioning, two bathrooms with showers, and a kitchen with a toaster, microwave, and handy electric cooker. Outside, we had a sheltered dining area under a large electric awning, plus a cockpit and plenty of room to cook arrosticini and park bikes. A little gate from the courtyard opens straight onto the parking lot, which made unloading luggage easy. The location is handy for the town center, and the sea is a five-minute walk away. We stayed in Giulianova in March 2021 and June of this year.

I use this apartment as a stop on my way to or from Salento. It’s clean, welcoming, and well equipped, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. Giulianova is a lovely town with everything you might need, close to the sea and beach. There’s a promenade for evening walks, plus lots of restaurants and nightclubs. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay, and the apartment was excellent value for money. It’s comfortable and welcoming for three or four people, or a family with children, with two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen. The owner was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely place.

The owner was friendly, and the apartment was excellent value. It’s welcoming and spotlessly clean, just steps from the sea. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.
