The beach is very close, the staff are friendly, and the kitchen is good.

The private beach was convenient and nice, and breakfast was good and plentiful. The food for adults was good too, but the service was poor. Unless we asked for each course to be brought out, we wouldn’t get to eat. We stayed five days with my husband, our 1.5-year-old, and my in-laws. It was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t book here again. The hotel looks much as it did 30 years ago, like a 1970s building that hasn’t been updated. The rooms have old furnishings, and the same dated look runs through the place, including the dining room’s very old tablecloths and faded garden tables. Room cleaning was only so-so. Food for small children was a disaster, with just a few choices, always the same, including plain pasta. If our child ate early, we had to feed them at the bar, while a parent waited until regular dinner time, so we couldn’t all eat together. The entertainment was good for children aged three and up. I wouldn’t recommend a sea-facing room if you want an early night, since the show went on until 11:30 PM every evening.

A terrible stay, and one I wouldn’t repeat. We were there for six nights. The rooms weren’t clean, with lots of dust on the floor and bed headboard. The sheets were sometimes dirty and had small holes, and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant was another problem. The staff weren’t qualified, the food quality wasn’t great, and despite calling the day before to ask about gluten-free products, they had nothing when I arrived. They brought me a fish dish, and I found a live ant in it. The pool water didn’t look very clean, and the bottom was very dirty. The whole place was very disorganized. A really awful experience!
