The location is nice and the staff are kind, but the apartments don’t match the website photos and feel overrated. For a hotel that’s apparently four stars, things need attention: the bathrooms need renovation and some fixtures need fixing. The windows are so thin that the evening entertainment makes it very hard to have a conversation, most nights until midnight.

The beach right across from the hotel is lovely, with white sand, and our family stay was fairly relaxing. My aunt booked the trip. There’s decent organization, and the food was okay, sometimes quite good, but our experience came with a lot of problems for a place charging about 300 euros a day in August and claiming four stars. Rooms are spacious enough, though very plain and not furnished to a four-star standard. Many details around the hotel didn’t work well. The rooms, comfort, food, and services felt more like three stars at most for that price. The biggest issue was the buffet. If you arrived partway through breakfast, lunch, or dinner, popular items were already gone and weren’t replenished. Some days there were no croissants, or only small, poor-quality ones; sometimes fruit or even yogurt was missing. You had to go down at 7:30 to find everything, while 8:00 was already too late. It’s not pleasant on holiday to queue for cakes, as if you were in a hostel. Some guests piled up food and left portions uneaten, which meant others missed out because there wasn’t enough. The buffet also reused ingredients from one day to the next. After arrosto di vittello one evening, the same veal appeared in salad and as vittello tonnato on following days. I noticed the same thing with other foods too, and recycling dishes like that doesn’t feel right for a four-star hotel. The children's menu was always the same, though you could ask for something else and often get it. If the hotel wants to charge around 300 euros per day, it should provide an experience that matches the price instead of cutting back on quality.

The rooms feel badly outdated, and the air conditioning isn’t very good. The bathrooms have no ventilation or AC, and the beds are two single beds pushed together. Service was good in some areas, but not consistently. Check that the bathrooms have been updated before booking. Honestly, I’d do myself a favor and choose somewhere better.

There’s lots to enjoy here: the beach, pool, park, hotel restaurant, and fun activities. You can pick a bike, choose a helmet, and head out for a ride! It’s a really nice place, and I’d recommend it for a vacation.
