Gianni and Fabio made us feel so welcome, and Gianni was always kind and helpful, checking that everything was going well. Our family room was surprisingly spacious, with a balcony and kitchenette. We liked the hotel breakfast: good coffee, fresh-baked bread and croissants, cereal, yogurt, and freshly squeezed orange juice. There’s parking right outside for guests with a car, and the ski bus stops at the hotel. Ski and shoe storage are downstairs. For the price, the hotel was great value.

We’ve stayed at La Locanda twice now, and Gianni and Fabio made us feel welcome again with their generous hospitality. The rooms are quiet and very clean, and breakfast is amazing. They’re such friendly, attentive managers. Thank you! We can’t wait to return 😊

Gianni Natale was a wonderful host and did so much to make our stay comfortable. He was supportive and helpful the whole time. The hotel is a little old, but it was clean, well kept, and had what we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was something special. It was a great start to the day. We had a really good stay at La Locanda, with tasty food and great service.

We had a really nice view, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Gianni was a wonderful, friendly host, always smiling and doing his best to make our stay a great one. Whenever we asked for something, he sorted it out, even extras that weren’t in the contract, like more dishes, wine glasses for friends, or dishwasher tablets. We’re very glad we got to meet him. Breakfast was wonderful too.

We came to Pinzolo for a ski trip with friends, and La Locanda’s location made getting to the slopes easy. The surrounding mountain views were breathtaking. What made our visit stand out was how personally Gianni looked after us. He welcomed us warmly, got to know what we liked, answered questions, offered recommendations, and even helped arrange transportation and point us to good local places. Gianni owns the hotel and went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend La Locanda if you’re after a warm, welcoming place in Pinzolo. We hope to return.
