The worst part was how the staff handled a food charge. One man was very rude and tried to charge us for three nights of meals we hadn’t eaten. When we refused, he shouted at us in front of other customers. We asked to speak with the manager instead. Once they saw we were right, they apologized and said the heat had got to him. That’s absolutely not good enough. Their computer system should show that we didn’t eat there those three nights, and they shouldn’t rely on customers to point it out and then argue with them. They have no customer service manners and don’t seem to understand customer rights. I’m amazed they’re running a hotel. The hotel itself wasn’t good either: no air conditioning, no WiFi in the rooms, dark rooms, a mosquito in the lobby, dinner that wasn’t very good, and a toilet flusher that didn’t work properly. It felt like the hotel was run as if it were the 1940s or 1950s. Don’t waste your money here. Park hotel, just 400m from salus hotel, is 1000 times better.

We had dinner here. The food was okay, but the service was terrible. It took more than an hour for anyone to take our orders, then over the next two hours dishes came out randomly for different people. Maybe the kitchen was having a bad night, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were good for a one-night stay, and for the price it was absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for. Staff were okay, and breakfast was acceptable.
