It’s a bit of a journey through town to reach this apartment, but once you’re there it feels like you’ve risen into heaven, quiet and peaceful above the noise of Taormina. Everything seems brand new and well cared for, and the landlady lives right downstairs. I was very happy spending a couple of nights here. You’ll be renting from good people if you’re lucky enough to stay.

We liked being away from the busy parts of town, and the apartment was well equipped with an incredible view. We even preferred staying in over going out. Enrico was kind and helpful, and gave us recommendations for Taormina.

A lovely apartment with everything you need and a fantastic view of both the sea and city. It’s a little out of the way, so you need a car or taxi, though the center is still walkable in about 15 minutes. The host was super nice, and it was excellent value for money.

The landlady was friendly, and after quite a lot of stairs you reach a clean, nice apartment with a great view of Taromina and Isola Bella. The Sicily sun makes breakfast on the terrace impractical, so a sunshade could improve things.

Great view, but Google Maps has the wrong location. Don’t use it for directions.
