The food was a real highlight, fresh and tasty with a nice presentation. There was good variety at both breakfast and dinner. My room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their care made a big difference, and I'd definitely come back. A relaxing, enjoyable stay, and I'd recommend it.

The garden, pool area, and beach were the best parts, with easy access and good facilities for relaxing with a small child. The indoor facilities were good too: kids club, showers, a nice lobby, and handy luggage storage. We were there in mid October, so there was plenty of space, but the beach bar was closed. We really missed it, since the pool bar didn't serve the same purpose. We stayed as two adults and one small child in a self-catering studio apartment without hotel service. It was basic, dated, but clean and fairly well kept, with the essentials. The garden and sea view from the balcony was good. The little kitchen worked well enough for simple meals and breakfast, though it had limited space and options. Staff were a mixed bag. Nobody was unfriendly, but they weren't especially welcoming or sociable either, and some staff don't speak English. We tried the food once. It was okay, but a bit expensive for what you got. It was also clear that they charge extra for lots of things. Some charges, like extra cleaning, were clearly stated and understandable, but beach towels and parking seemed like things that could have been included. The off-season price was reasonable. If we'd paid much more, I would've been disappointed and expected better service.

The pool and its umbrellas and sunbeds were shut for six of the twelve opening hours so staff could set up a gala that guests could attend for €100 per person. There was no warning when booking, no alternative arrangement, and no price reduction. The place is beautiful and very remote, which seemed perfect for a day relaxing by the pool. The food was good, the rooms basic, and the restaurant waiting staff were good. The female lifeguard was helpful and very chilled out. But I wouldn't go back. Never.

The private beach was beautiful, and we had a fabulous family holiday that we really needed. The restaurant took great care of my family, and the rooms worked perfectly for five of us, which isn't usual in hotels. There are two pools, including a very nice heated one. I couldn't fault the hotel. A coffee and an iron in the room would've been nice, but we still had a wonderful stay. I'm writing this with a couple of nights still to go. Thank you so much!
