We booked just a few hours before arriving, and the host was very accommodating when we needed to check in outside the usual time. The room had everything we needed. Its location is great too: there's a bus stop by the entrance with direct routes to the train stations in Gorizia and Nova Gorica, as well as other places nearby. Gorizia station is also an easy walk away.

Easy to find free parking nearby, and the room was clean. Great location.

The location was good, and there was street parking around the hotel. We arrived at about 10:30 p.m. after letting them know we would probably be there around 10. Nobody was waiting for us, the hotel was dark, and reception wasn't open, so we had to call the owner. It took a while for him to answer, and we started to wonder if the booking was fake or the hotel was closed. Eventually someone picked up and opened the door remotely. They said our cards had been left on a desk inside; we found them and went to our rooms. We didn't see anyone during the stay, so it seemed to us the hotel was being run remotely.

The owner was amazing, and our host was perfect. The place was simple but really nice and clean. They were happy to accommodate all our breakfast requests, including gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Giada and the staff were lovely and genuinely helpful. It was nice being able to talk to someone who was willing to help. Everything was very clean and shops were close by. We'd definitely stay again if we return, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
