The reception staff deserve a gold medal. The man working yesterday and the woman today were real professionals, and I feel sorry that they have to work with ignorant and stupid restaurant colleagues. My second stay at Hotel Internazionale was a bad experience because of the restaurant. We were travelling with two children. At 10 AM, when breakfast was closing, I asked my wife to leave; she picked up a croissant for the children, but a woman, perhaps Angelina, told us we had to leave the food. We were treated like thieves, which is a terrible feeling when you came hoping to relax and recharge before continuing your trip. Don't have breakfast there, you'll be watched and monitored like a criminal from the start. The location is good, at the corner of Italy, Slovenia and Austria. The room, cleanliness and friendliness of the cleaning staff were all equal to zero.

I was just passing through on my way home and stayed one night. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was the best I've used in any hotel in Italy. It smelled nice and had plenty of water. For what I paid, the quality was good, and my stay was very pleasant.
