We never got to try the rooms, since we only came for the wellness center, so I can't rate them. The place looked nice and the staff were very kind, but our reservation was mishandled. We'd booked by phone, yet when we arrived there was no registration for our massage treatments, which were the main reason for coming. We ended up giving up on the wellness center altogether this time. We may give the place another try, as it seemed nice and the people were kind.

The rooms were clean, new, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good prices. Breakfast was just okay, and on the first day the staff spoke only Italian. When we first arrived, nobody was there, so we nearly missed out on the place. The surroundings felt odd, with lots of large buildings that were abandoned or barely visited. Still, the essentials were covered, and I'd stay again.

We'd booked this lovely place through booking.com for my cousin's hen party, with ten guests, and had sorted the reservation back in January. Then, only a month before our requested weekend, they cancelled because the business was closing on 1 April. They were apparently still taking reservations for that same weekend, and showed little interest in finding us a valid alternative. We had to look elsewhere at short notice, when places were either extremely overpriced or couldn't fit a group that size. No one told me I needed to contact the new management to confirm again. The only email I got said they had to cancel, as the picture shows. This played a big part in ruining my cousin's dream hen party, and they didn't really apologise. I hope this is useful to anyone who, like me, relies heavily on professionalism.

The room was huge, and we found a basket full of breakfast treats waiting for us. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always kind and available. Barolo and Neive are nearby. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.
