Appartamento Adelaide

A private underground garage comes with Appartamento Adelaide, and the owner is welcoming, attentive, and available if guests need anything. The lagoon view from the spacious, lovely balcony is splendid, with armchairs and a sofa out there too. The apartment looks over the Riva Brioni lagoon in Grado and is arranged across two levels. Upstairs on the mezzanine are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs, there’s an entrance hall, another bathroom, the kitchen, and a living room with armchairs and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a table for six. There’s also a washing machine, plus TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. It’s very close to the beach and promenade, and the center is a 10-minute walk away. We’ll return as soon as we can. You can book it on Booking, and I highly recommend it.

I missed the previous guest's review, but I can only agree with it. With construction noise, scaffolding, workers on the rented terrace, and a terrace that can't be used, this is really disappointing. I can't understand why the landlord is still listing the apartment online as though guests can use it without restrictions.
