The rooms were spacious and spotless, and breakfast was delicious, nicely presented, and a little different each day. We ate with a stunning view of the Grado lagoon. This lovely family-run hotel is close to Grado's historic center, and the kind, helpful owners made us feel welcome. We'll definitely come back!

The staff were lovely and treated us like family, always open and ready to help. The terrace had a fantastic view of the Lagune, and breakfast was high quality. It felt like the kind of place where everything is good, or even exceptionally good.

The location by the Grado lagoon and marina is really good. Our room was cosy, and breakfast was good. The hotel isn't the most modern in its amenities or tech, but everything is well maintained and very clean. The friendly staff helped with everything, and they were the main reason for our pleasant stay and the high rating, which they deserve. I can recommend it to other travellers.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the owners, Marika and her husband, gave us helpful tips and were so friendly. That hardworking family deserves praise. There wasn't a breakfast buffet because of Covid, but the morning croissant and capuccino made my day. Hotel Carol is often fully booked, so if you find an empty room, book right away and enjoy it. Nothing to criticize!
