The hotel is nice, reasonably clean, and close to the beach. But they didn’t mention that parking costs extra, or that the pool isn’t included in the price and also requires an extra fee. That doesn’t feel like good, professional business practice. Do better next time 👍

The sea is right in front of the flat, and the apartments have all the comforts a family needs. There are supermarkets and a fish market within walking distance. With that amazing view and the resort’s location, eating at restaurants, though nice, feels unnecessary. The view from the living room is better than any restaurant’s, and if you enjoy cooking, dining in the flat is hard to beat. The one drawback I found is the dishwasher. There isn’t one.

There’s still no decent fix for the bumpy track in the east parking lot, and it seems it may be a while. Since 2022 there’s been Wi-Fi, though it’s only reliable outdoors. The pool has been filled in for three years, and the other one is so-so. On the plus side, the tap for washing sand off by the beach entrance was hidden in the vegetation, but that has finally been fixed. I’ve been coming for years for the apartment on the lagoon and its fantastic view. The recent “renovation” over the last few years has mostly been cosmetic: paint, pipes, and some furniture. It all looks stylish but doesn’t work very well, with nowhere to put groceries, furnishings that seem pointless, and a couch facing the same way as the TV. The bathroom was only superficially redone, though it badly needs more work. Still, a good dinner with that balcony view makes up for a lot, and we’ll be back. There’s really nowhere else in Grado right by the sea without a road or anything in between, so for people like me, there’s no alternative.

We’ve visited Grado several times, and this resort was a pleasant surprise. Our apartment was modern, very new, and clean, despite what some reviews say. The receptionist was extremely friendly. We especially liked having private access to the sea, and the two pools were clean and refreshing. There’s also a separate entrance for hotel guests who want to use the public beach. We were very satisfied as a family with three children and will definitely return. Thanks for everything!
