Our booking through booking.com showed a mix of photos, apparently from several apartments in this building. We ended up with space 191, where a mature pine tree took up the parking spot. The apartment's second bedroom had no windows, the beds felt like they came from a field hospital, and the small kitchen seemed not to have been ventilated in a long time. We went back to Agenzia Immobiliare Adriatica to ask for another option. They offered a two-story apartment with stairs leading to the bedrooms, but with our three-year-old child, we weren't comfortable with that for safety reasons. The agency kept the full payment, which I believe went against the cancellation policy. To me, the whole thing felt like a big scam. If you want to lose your money, send it to them. You'll have a nice ride and end up with neither money nor accommodation.

There was no Wi-Fi, and basic things like toilet paper and soap weren't provided. Towels and bed linen cost an extra 12.5 euros per person. The furniture was old. I don't recommend it.

Everything was perfect, mosquitoes aside. We'll come back!
