The neighborhood and location are excellent, and breakfast was good. The host is very friendly and caring. Getting to know the staff and some other guests is pretty much inevitable here, and can be enjoyable if you’re up for it. It may not suit people who want anonymity. Excellent for what it is.

Mamma Mariangela, the owner, was the highlight. She welcomed us herself, saved us a parking space, and was always happy to chat, though only in Italian. The hotel and rooms have a personal, individual feel, with lots of family photos. Our room was a little dated but perfectly fine. Breakfast was simple and decent, and everything in Grado is within easy walking distance since the town isn’t very big. A wonderful family-run hotel.

The breakfast was fabulous, with impressive quality and a magical cappuccino. I also loved the warm, playful decor and the cozy feel of the thoughtfully designed rooms. Service was personal and outstanding from the start: they had reserved a free parking space for me, and when pigeons unexpectedly soiled my car, the owner and her son cleaned it themselves. The valet parking, food, decor, and care made this stay unforgettable. I’d gladly return to Meublè Al Ponte.

Thank you, Mariangela, for the warm welcome! The hostess was lovely, the rooms were clean and had balconies, and breakfast was delicious. It has a real Italian feel in a beautiful waterside spot. The beach and town center are about a 10-minute walk away. The street is quiet, though you’re still right in the heart of Grado.
